Perfect Pitch has created a trial playlist pitching campaign for one of our artists, with a small media budget of less than US$200. We ran the campaign, focused on his lead single - a classic Rock song - for 14 days. In that short time, the song was placed on 25 playlists (15 of which were specific to Spotify), with a combined reach of 1,028,721 music fans! Playlists on which the track was placed included 'Indie Rock Hits' (which reaches over 381k music fans) and 'MTV 2000s Rock Greatest Hits' (which reaches some 230k music fans).
The campaign had a dramatic effect on Spotify stats. with 980 monthly listeners added over the campaign period, 1,089 streams and a dramatic increase in 'active listeners'. And the campaign continues to have a positive follow-on effect. Two months after the end of the campaign, our artist has now acquired over 700 monthly Spotify listeners in the past 28 days and the track has now had over 8,000 streams (compared with only a handful before running the campaign).
