For 14 years, Eastern Lounge has brought a much-needed live music venue, first to Sydney’s North Shore and now to the Northern Beaches. Born as a community-based opportunity for both emerging and experienced musicians to showcase their talents to appreciative audiences, this is an unique space for those who love their music LIVE.
Why ‘Eastern Lounge’? When the venue originally launched, it was situated on Eastern Valley Way. Since then, we've transformed various clubs into warm and welcoming lounge-style venues where locals can be guaranteed that, whichever band or artist is playing, the quality of music will always be first class. We've now found a new home for Eastern Lounge at The Bally (Balgowlah Bowling & Community Club), Bareena Drive, Balgowlah Heights. For punters, it’s a relatively inexpensive night out for true music lovers. Patrons are offered quality food from ‘Carly’s Kitchen' and boutique beers and a fine selection of wines can be purchased from the bar. There’s a car park and street parking for patrons and the venue is close to a bus route.
